Lastly, customer service is one of our top priorities at this center, but we truly believe it’s a two-way street. We ask that any concerns be promptly voiced so that we may have an opportunity to correct. Not all centers are a good fit for every circumstance, but we will try our best to make things work. We also take behavior issues very seriously, but will do our best to work with parents to resolve issues. A Fun Time-Out reserves the right to refuse service when we feel as though the relationship is no longer a healthy one or if we feel as though we cannot accommodate the needs of the child or parent.
